Cleaning service very poor! The day of my departure (1/10/2012) by accident I discovered a newspaper dated 25/09 just behind the night table. When trying to remove it I was horrified by the quantity of dust and dirty accumulated there. Daily cleaning service of bathrooms is very poor .

Excellent service! Excellent breakfast and wonderful price! We love the location, close to all amenities. The room is quiet and the people very friendly. We had a problem with the a/c and it was solved within minutes. We would return to that hotel without any hesitation.
The only drawback about the room is the lack of light. The two windows in our room gave on an interior court. There was some daylight, but minimal. But since we were gone most of the time, it did not matter much, except in the morning. We could have slept until 12 without knowing it!

The hotel was very central to our needs. good walking distance to many of the great sights I.e prada museum, botanic gardens, shopping and restuarants etc; the staff were very helpfull and pleasant. would reccommend this to family and friends
Probably the only thing was that our room was right next door to the houskeeping staff's stock room !! heard everything !!

The location in a safe area was excellent, with a market and shops nearby. the staff there were very friendly and excellent. Easy access to the train station was also a plus.
